Our warranty covers our wheelchair frame for the life of your pet under normal use. Please note, the warranty does not apply to items worn by your pet or items that will wear out such as tires and buckles. This does not apply to damage from salt water or leaving the cart out in the elements. Please make sure to take good care of your pet's wheels, and check the screws/stability of the frame at least on a monthly basis. If a replacement part is needed, we ask that you please cover shipping costs. If damage seems to have occurred from misuse or neglect, we'll work with you to repair as needed.
We offer a generous return policy because we know our products are well made, but not every pet may adapt or be suited to using a wheelchair. We give you 30 days for your pet to test drive his/her wheelchair. If you need to return the wheelchair for any reason at the end of those thirty days, you may do so for a refund of 70%. The 30% deduction goes to cover all non-reusable items and labor spent refurbishing the chair to new condition upon its return. The support sling is yours to keep as is any item worn by your pet as these are items that we are unable to re-use due to the nature of their use. If a significant amount of wear/damage is noted upon return, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to 50%.
If a return is for a refurbished cart, the above applies but the refund will be 50%.
Front end extensions (existing rear wheel cart converted to a quad cart) are not eligible for refund, as they are too customized to pass on to another individual.
Please note the refund does not include original shipping costs, and you are responsible for shipping to return the cart. Please see the last page of your instructions for the return policy and form, or you may download it from the website.
