Bio Groom Show Foot

This special formula was developed specifically to prevent slipping during indoor shows and on damp grassy surfaces. It is fast drying and non-irritating.

This works well for pets that need traction indoors over all sorts of slippery surfaces including tile, linoleum, wood and laminate floors.

Paw Protector Booties

For pets that occasionally "knuckle" their feet when walking, these booties help prevent scrapes and cuts on the paws. Top side made of double layered ballistic nylon for durability, bottom side made of ballistic nylon with outer layer of Tuff-Tek for traction over surfaces such as linoleum, tile, or hardwood floors. Comfortable neoprene cuff. Velcro wrap around design keeps booties securely on the paws.

OrthoVet Splints

For Lower Limb Injuries t
hat need Bracing.

The new OrthoVet Splints are modeled after the human splints and become increasingly popular for lower leg, ankle, and foot injuries. Injuries to the lower limbs of small animals frequently need to be splinted or braced.

OrthoVet Splints are positioned behind the leg and the adjustment Velcro straps are placed over the front of the leg, allowing animals to move about with ease and comfort. The splint can be custom designed to encourage movement in one or more planes yet limit or restrict movement in others.

What the Splint Does:
•    Keeps leg at a normal angle......
•    Increases weight bearing off affected limb......
•    Immobilizes limbs for wound healing, burn therapy and skin grafts......
•    Provides extra support for fractures of the lower limb......
•    Reduces costs associated with bandaging, degloving injuries and casting......
•    Provides easy access for daily wound therapy......
•    Lightweight construction increases patient tolerance......
•    Prevents knuckling of lower limbs associated with nerve paralysis......
•    Ease of application increases owner compliance......
•    Waterproof allows animals to get wet if necessary to enhance rehabilitation......
Splints are not for ACL injuries.... rodu

Sizing:

Sizing Instructions
Bark’n Boots are built to secure around the ankle but below the carpal pad. The boot should have room in the paw
area, allowing the paw to spread when bearing weight.

Measuring Paw Width
1. Have your dog stand on a firm surface (wood, linoleum, or concrete).
2. Place a piece of blank paper under a front paw.
3. Lift the dog’s other front paw so that its weight is placed firmly on the paw being measured.
4. Mark the paper at the paw’s widest point on the left and right edges of the paw (see graphic).
5. Use a ruler to measure the width of the paw (in inches) from the left mark to the right mark.
6. Use the chart to determine the proper size. For example: if the width is measured between 2.25" and 2.5", the dog
would wear a small boot; between 2.75" and 3.0", a large.

SIZE PAW WIDTH†

XXS 2.0" 5.1 cm
XS 2.25” 5.7 cm
S 2.5" 6.4 cm
M 2.75" 7.0 cm
L 3.0" 7.6 cm
XL 3.25" 8.3 cm
XXL 3.75" 9.5 cm
†Paw width = measurement across widest part
of paw when bearing weight
